It's not a pet shop. Steps: 1) Have a family discussion 2 ) Prepare your home 3) Go down there 4) See what they have 5) Make a family decision 6) Fill out the paperwork 7) Pay fees ...which they don't make the homeless do! Yet they walk around with dogs without SHOTS and bit friend! How is that fair or safe!? If their homeless give them free shots and licenses!
