Can someone help me. I've been trying to get someone to come and look at three Poole's at. 2576 Zonal Ave Los Angeles 90033.they are suffering with those people they hit them and they haven't groomed they since the husband left.they cry .at night

Please call the North Central shelter and ask to be transferred to the officers there. Tell them you want to report a severe animal cruelty case. Let them know you believe the animals may be dying and without food for a long time and they should send an officer out. Also call SpcLA. They may be able to follow up with officers to remind them of the situation. It may take a couple of days to get someone out there because that is what happened to me. They have protocol they have to follow. But please don't give up. Keep reminding them. They will eventually go out there.
