Go to the website they have some really good neutering programs going on right now especially for cats I'm not sure about dogs but it is the cheapest I have found plus chipping your pet is so cheap at the animal shelter so do the neutering do the chipping and your set good luck to you honey thank you for being so generous to take care of an animal
