Sure you can. Go to the kennel area and when you find the dog you are interested in adopting write down his/her ID number, take a photo or a video of him/her if possible. Take this information to the reception desk, fill out the paperwork, pay the adoption fee which is around $122 and when he/she is sterilized, microchipped, licensed and vaccinated they will let you take him/her home with you.
