Unless i am remiss in my history (which is possible) they were: 1. Washington: federalist party 2. Jefferson: democratic-republican party 3. Teddy Roosevelt: republican 4. Lincolin: national-union party (Republican)
President Washington was not a member of any political party and was actually against a two-party system. You can see this in his farewell address when he stepped down from the presidency.
Theodore Roosevelt was not a staunch progressive NY Democrat. Anything but. I think you’re getting him mixed up with FDR. Watch the PBS documentary “The Roosevelts” for a great explanation between the two very distinct men.
How much do they charge the $$?
Washington Jefferson Teddy Roosevelt Lincoln
Theodore Roosevelt wasnt welded to any party and in 1912 ran as an independent.
This has nothing to do with the place itself. Just look it up.
Washington-federalist party
@james Wilkinson Alexander Hamilton was one of the founding fathers. He wrote many of the federalist papers and was in favour of a national bank. He was the first secretary of treasury appointed by Washington. Hamilton was Thomas Jefferson main rival. He was killed in a duel by Aaron Burr, his friend, because he was in favour of Thomas Jefferson in the election of 1800
