Iβm using my daughters account to post this review. My name is Dominique Wing and we are staying here for our family vacation. This is a very convenient location for everything to do around Mt Rushmore. Everything around Keystone is walking distance. The campground is clean and well kept. The front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and would come back. Thank you Rushmore View!!

Small site with no trees and little to no grass. No bathroom or showers available. View from site was the back of rundown buildings. Felt very dirty and grungy. Not at all welcoming. Overpriced for what it was. Will not go back!

The sites here were so ridiculously small that when we put out our slide on our relatively small 27 foot travel trailer, it went over part of our next door neighbors picnic table. The sites are level however very difficult to get into because of buildings and rocks and the pure small size of the site. Go any place else but here. Our only saving grace is that we had great next door neighbors

The only shuttle service I found was at the KOA Palmer campsite and it was only a shuttle for the lighting ceremony at night. I found nothing during the day.
Do not know rates, it was closed due to off season
Most people are making their reservations about 2 weeks in advance. The cost per night is about $50 plus tax, but depends on your dates of stay. Holidays and special events are typically higher. We don't change extra for children or pets and we don't have resort fees. All sites are full hook ups: water, sewer, and electricity. Limited wifi is available in most sites as well.
We were just there a few days ago in a 37ft Class A towing a minivan. Most of the spots are smaller, but there are 3 or 4 up front that would fit a large 5th wheel, and the location of the park can't be beaten!
Yes! This campground is dog friendly. The park is small so there is not a designated pet walk area.
