I wasn't able to take the tour they have there, we were short of time. So maybe someone who took the tour can tell you this.when they ask us to do your, they said that we could learn a lot more about Mount Rushmore. Or unless your thinking about Crazy Horse, which is the Indian Cheif, that has a tour about 2 or 3 miles away from the monument and his face is carved in a rock too.

They are talking about Crazy Horse

Memento Mori, you haven't a clue as to what you're talking about. Did you come up with that name all by yourself? It was named after a lawyer Charles Rushmore from New York sweetheart. It is best to keep your mouth shut and let people wonder how stupid you are than to open it and leave absolutely no doubt. The fifth face at Mount Rushmore was black elk whose grandfather was at the Battle of Little bighorn. He used to dress up and his Indian attire and take pictures with the tourist for many years. He became known as the 5th face at Mount Rushmore, NOT on Mount Rushmore

Who is the 5th face on Mount Rushmore

Crazy Horse is still being worked on.

Crazy Horse Memorial is not on Mount Rushmore. It made by the same guy who sculpted it though. It's pretty close to it though. The head is the only part that's done, cause the dude who started it passed away in the 80s, but his descendants are still working on it.
