I renewed mine Feb 2016 and I have never receive it even today. Tried to call numerous times left messages but all in vain. I'm in the process of applying a new one. NB..They did cashed the money order and was never refunded.

Unfortunately, good luck and sheer chance are the only way you get an answer. I you happen to be in the area, a personal visit gets answers, though not necessarily results.

I applied for my passport renewal in Dec2018 and haven't heard for Kenyan embassy in DC til today.I called and emailed them a lot times but I couldn't get hold of anyone. Now I'm thinking of making to DC. Has anybody encountered such a issue?
