I am in the same boat,i forwarded mine in September and still waiting.no one responds to calls or emails.by the time i get it back it will be time to change them to epassports
From the one time I managed to get through on the phone after numerous times of trying at all hours, I was told they don't have the machine to do the biometrics here yet so they are not issuing the new pps. The guy could not even give me a timeline as to when they are expecting to start issuing it here. I told him my passport was expiring in Dec 2018 and he told me the best course of action was to travel home before it does and get the new one from there. What a mess

Seriously? We're you able to get the epassport? I am trying to apply for a passport renewal and was informed that we now have an epassport which I have to do online. Now with this epidemic, who knows when I will be able to get this done!!
