I applied for my passport renewal in Dec2018 and haven't heard for Kenyan embassy in DC til today.I called and emailed them a lot times but I couldn't get hold of anyone. Now I'm thinking of making to DC. Has anybody encountered such a issue?

What a bogus embassy officials,this is so unfortunate!

I applied mine in October 2018. Nobody answers the phone. No one call me back even after leaving the message. I think the best thing is to go there. Am just so sad and upset about this Embassy.

Oh my!! Its sad that we can not rely on our embassy!! Whats the point?? They never answer the phones,why cant they get more employees if they lack in that way?? It is very frustrating trying to reach out to them with no answers, especially when you live in a state far away from DC!! Its been a year since i applied for my passport renewal with no feedback. I have even tried to reach out to contacts back home but no one can seem to trace it! Im left with not knowing what to do at this point! This is pathetic service!!
