Can the number of people answering phones not be increased especially at this crucial time when people are trying to get the new generation passports. The Embassy should have set up a help desk to deal with questions arising over the passport and Huduma Number. This can also be interns or temporary assignments for the necessary period. The Customer Service Dept. at the Embassy needs a total overhaul. The Embassy is a Diplomatic mission and diplomacy requires knowledge, respect for time, consistency, finesse and some charm.
