Please help me. I spent amost two hours filling out the fomr for a visa, loading the pictures as required. And then it says "This Service is Unavailable" We are going to Kenya, and assume we need a visa. How can we get a visa

Email they will get back to you. You can use the ecitizen.go.ke to process the visa too

Try to call the embassy, unfortunately I don’t have their number, I believe you have to be their to get your visa, give them a call for requirements
