I am trying to apply for my second gen passport via the ecitizen, it asks for a mobile number to send the verification code to. I put my US number and do not get a code on my number. I emailed the embassy in DC and called no responses. what do i do?

I'd also suggest calling the ecitizen customer service number in Kenya see if they can help

The number should work. They have two phone numbers to call given at the embassy website. Emails may take a while... up to three days or so.
