I'm thinking of moving here,but all I'm'reading are negative reviews. Have they cleaned the place up at all? And do the one bedrooms have a washer and dryer in the unit.

They have gotten a bit better compared to like 7 months ago. They are working hard on flipping the units and upgrading them.

No they haven't and you can pay extra for the hookup to be available in your unit but youll have to purchace the washer and dryer yourself.
