Yes there is a credit check. But run the other way. That place has drugs and gangs. And when I was there only a couple of months ago. Security was broken into people's houses. Don't trust it

There is a credit check but I do believe it's a second chance apartments and I say do believe because they changed ownership there's a lot of shootings and killings police always in the apartment they will not fix any major repairs not a good place to live
