Love living here. The manager is very helpful and helps out a lot with any issues and the maintenance is Always ontop of any issues responding quick. Id recommended to friends for the price compared to other places isn’t bad.

We give them advanced security 400 but when we leave that place they we clean everything they no give us back our money they said the place no clen n all so now they took 900 advance so my advice to you if give them security they give u nothing so its up to you you wanna go to appartment or not

I love living here. The woman in the front office is kind and helpful, the maintenance men are on top of anything I need fixed, I’ve never had any bug issues which is rad considering I DO live downtown 😁 so of course you have harmless homeless people walking around outside the complex but if you live and let live they don’t bother you. My only complaint is that it isn’t central AC and the window boxes don’t work good enough in the summer so you’ll need extra fans and a swamp cooler during the summer months.
