They pretty much stole my application fee, never called me back, lied everytime I did reach someone. Gave me the email to some supervisor and she NEVER returned my email. Still haven't heard anything from them to date. Horrible way to do business. Shame on you guys for doing this to people.

So far Ruby has been very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Toured the property which looked very well kept.She was very informative all the way down to incentitives of lease renewal. A little ruff around the edges(corners) but I've seen worst...It's not where you live it's how you live! I would love to join the aspen community! Edit Comment: Not what I thought it was. I've been stung by scorpions the spray used by their exterminator does nothing. I was informed water bugs are within the walls. Scorpions aggravated water bug nest. Had bugs coming out every nook,base board even faucet drains. They increased rent but nothing been done for pest, that works. Pool always closed and they have chained pool furniture to gate in sun none under cazebo.

This place is a huge band aide Everything here is BoKen with a huge Band aid on it! Ac never works and you still have to pay when your apartment is 102 😂 that’s All
