My family and I resided at Cheyenne Trails for 5 years. Gloria is amazing and understanding, we haven’t had any issues renting here. Miguel the maintenance man is always prompt and does a great job repairing any and everything. The property is ALWAYS clean and well maintained. Residents are quiet as well, If you are looking for somewhere reasonably priced with exceptional service move here!

For the 2 bedroom it was 1275. Not sure what they want for deposit now but I previously paid 350. Probably depends on credit! Hope this helps
I don't know how much for one bedroom but I'm paying 1165 for a two bedroom.
Not a second chance property , but they will accommodate you, the property is beautiful,well kept, gated and the rent is reasonable.
