He went out of his way to find a Calaccatta quartz stone sample so that I could match up my backsplash tiles. THAT’S The customer service I remember 30 years ago where the customer was always right. Best pricing and selection. There is always a ton of staff. Unfortunately, few are available to help customers. They have a few that really really hustle, and a lot that walk around avoiding eye contact.

This is the place to go for flooring. If they don’t have it, it’s probably not even made. Large selection of any kind of flooring anyone would need. The workers were very helpful in assisting us with our questions and helping us with deciding the right product for our needs

Yea I have the guys is the best
I would be very surprised if they accepted that return.
My husband & I visited the store about 2 weeks ago & the only time I saw people without a mask was when they pulled them down to be able to be understood better.
You might get a faster response by calling them; however, they do have the largest supply of flooring and flooring tools i have ever seen in a retail location.
We are open on Sundays, and our hours are 10 am - 6 pm.
