840 Barrett parkway sucks I purchased 2 King size bed frame and one of my King I am having so much problems with it the back boards were bending now I just noticed down below the back frame is cracking

Delivery day was unsuccessful because they brought the wrong railings for the bed. Second delivery with the railings was unsuccessful because they still had the wrong railings and the two delivery guys showed up in the AM smelling like weed. Had to go back to Ashley’s myself because they do not answer the phone and the delivery guy never reported that the rails were wrong once again. So…..I’m waiting to get my brand new bed off of the floor!

I never thought I would ever see worse customer service and professionalism than Walmart but Ashley Furniture wins it for sure. They do not deliver when they say, there is no way to call the store directly, you will talk to so many different customer service reps and none of them are at all competent enough to even communicate effectively let alone solve an issue/problem. They never follow up or take care of any issues that arise. Don’t even get me started on delivery crews who show up in budget trucks with broken boxes and damaged furniture. I literally could go on and on. The bottom line is that they over promise and under deliver every time. Ashley is not expensive but it’s also not cheap especially for the quality. When you have awful customer service departments mixed with mediocre products it will always be a recipe for disaster. If you have all the time in the world to wait on line to talk with someone-only to not have your issue resolved and products not show up when they say or show up damaged then by all means this place may be for you but if not you may want to steer clear. Pay a little more and save yourself time and a headache or two or three. I hope this helps someone who is debating going somewhere else because I sure wish we would have. We were trying to save a little on some of the the exact same products that are sold at another store we always go to. I had no idea it was this bad and should have read reviews. The little savings is not one bit worth it. Thousand dollars in savings is not worth it. So disappointing and a definite fail. This order is under my husbands name so do not come back with a response that you don’t have an order for us because this store knows exactly who I am. I have waited multiple times over 30 mins to be directed to the store and spoke with Juvia if that’s how you spell it. For reference, this is just one of the piece of furniture that was delivered damaged over a week ago. It was supposed to be picked up and a new one dropped off today which was promised. I waited all day even though my window was 8:15-12:15 and of course they were a no show. No notification as to why a no show. Of course can’t get ahold of anyone. If that is not lack of professionalism and customer service then I don’t know what is.

They held off on delivering our furniture about four weeks for us. But I'm not sure what the store policy is.
