Don't provide you credit or debit card to this leasing office. My daughter paid them $100 for an application with her debit card. They turned her down, and then charged her an additional $350 without her authorization. They would not respond to repeated calls to resolve the issue.

Been living here for more than five years,The apartment buildings are old and they need more frequent maintenance, we have always had problems with maintenance, residents services and the laundry room machines. Up until the new Resident Service Coordinator Ms.Grindy Cabrera received our concerns and stayed on top of them to make sure they were addressed. She even stayed in contact to see if it was done right. We're grateful for her taking care of our issues in a timely manner.

To put it briefly I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. In my opinion they do not value residents opinions, wants, or needs.
