This place should be closed down. Dr. Adeline Viyouh is THE WORST, most unprofessional “doctor” I have ever encountered. My wife was suffering from chronic back pain, and when we transferred to Dr. Viyouh (just moved to the area) we were refused any referrals (even those from previous doctors) until we had an appointment- in a month. After begging, we got a virtual appointment, but on the day of the virtual appointment, Dr. Viyouh was 4 hours late to the appointment and we had to keep calling and calling to even get the appointment to happen. Then she refused to give referrals AGAIN unless we made a physical appointment. We waited another two weeks for a physical, in person appointment under the guidance that this would allow us to get a referral. The day of the physical appointment, Dr. Viyouh was again late, then refused to give a referral AGAIN, then stormed out of the office after having some sort of mental breakdown. On top of the flat refusal to provide healthcare (while still charging a hefty fee for each refusal) the staff never picks up the phone, everything is disorganized, forms are constantly lost, and the procedures change constantly. Do not go here, they will waste your time and money.

Though the appointment representative was courteous and helpful, I received a call 24 hours prior to my appointment informing me that the appointment, which was scheduled and confirmed the week prior, had already been filled, and I would have to reschedule. Decided not to attempt making another appointment.

The reviews are nothing but true. The physicians here do not care about you. Dr. Viyuoh, Adeline C refused to help me with documentation that could save my life because her own test results didn’t reflect what she thought it should and refused to believe me or take my past medical records from the past two decades as truth because one test she drew in may 2021 didn’t reflect a diagnosis. She chose not to believe me or other doctors who documented my health issues. This is despite me being diagnosed at a hospital and almost losing my life with a complicated and chronic medical issue that can take decades to officially diagnose. Also diagnosis do not SOLELY depend on blood work but Dr. Viyuoh insisted she would only consider her blood work and her records for me. Not my own words, words of precious doctors or my health. She is happy to see me in a situation where I may lose my life because she refuses to help me.They seem happy to pass you around to other “specialists” in their systems and do not take accountability or care for their patients. It’s all about money. Not to mention the numerous billing issues. Find another primary care doctor if this is yours. Oh and if you show up 15-30 minutes early for appointments expect you will not get seen until over an hour after your appointment time.
