Yes! Limited availibility in the main lot, but also street parking if you're willing to look.
Yes, LTA is very professional yet would know about the community theatre angle which is, I think, better training than High School drama club. Studio Theatre is also a respected group and has a youth summer program. Travelling Players for the summer is good too, and fun, but maybe more for a little younger than 15.
