Rude and unprofessional. Refused to be of any help. Employees on the phone were contradicting each other with clearly made up ‘policies’. The Warden hung up on me and refused to take a wounded stray. He said I should just leave it to die.

They were off on Labor Day. Which is fine, but at least have someone on call. Completely and utterly ridiculous that we couldn’t take in a dog that we found.

I do believe that the adoption center accepts blankets and comforters as donations.
(Little late to answer this) It’d probably be best to talk to a vet about that or contact a rescue who has the capabilities to handle such young cats.
You can personally go there and tell them and they will give you a list of dogs & pictures they have for you to pick from . Good luck !

From their website...St. Clair County Animal Services oversees Animal Control and Dr. Tom Amlung Pet Adoption Center. Animal Control is responsible for enforcing Illinois State Statutes and St. Clair County Ordinances pertaining to dogs and cats; impounding animals found to be in violation of those laws; investigating Bite incidents; investigating complaints of inhumane treatment of companion pets. You would be better served contacting a pest control (exterminator) company.
Contact a local pest control company - they would be able to handle that for ya!
Contact a vet or give Animal Services a call to get information about euthanasia.

don't contact anyone its none of their business and your business. why would you care if they are registered in belleville? I doubt I would want to be your neighbor if you are worried about your neighbors dogs registration. If I were you I would be more worried about the city of belleville and pretty much almost all but not all but very few are a bunch fuckheads
