DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ASPEN WASTE!!!!!!! THEY BILL YOU FOR SERVICES YOU DONT RECEIVE!!!!! I signed up for recycling from Aspen in May. They dropped off a recycle bin to put our recycling waste in. They have billed us for the services and a hefty surcharge which we've paid from May through July. They have still not picked up our waste. That is 3 months of billing is for a service they are not adhering to. To make matters worse they WILL NOT return my phone calls. I have left four messages on their answering machine over the past two weeks and not once have I received a phone call. I finally got a live person this morning and the customer service person said she could adjust my bill to take July off and said that was all she was authorized to do since she has no proof I called - basically called me a liar. When I told her I was cancelling the service she came back and literally said "I have been given authorization to credit you back to May because we were losing a customer ". Really??? Then the supervisor got on the phone and assured me they would pick up our recycle waste today. It is now 8:40pm and the recycle waste is still at the end of my driveway. It is so aggravating dealing with this. Not only did the insult my integrity they are not fulfilling a promise made today. Oh and their website says they are open 24 hours. The 24 hour part I don't care about but this company is out to bill you for services you do not receive.

After cancelling service a year ago when I moved and not getting any bills I am being harassed by a debt collection company because of them. I had everything paid for before or right after we moved.

Why would I expect anything different from a business in the Belleville area. On Monday (February 8, 2022), Aspen picked up my household trash. When I arrived home later that day, I noticed that the back of the can was broken. This was caused by the operator not using the horizontal bar a the lower portion of the can. Instead, they used the plastic lip, thereby breaking the plastic. (See Photos). I called Aspen a day later. They said that a replacement can would be issued. Guess what? No replacement. It is now February 14th, 2022, the Aspen operator arrived, and "did not" replace the can as promised. I have just called again, and was told that an order was placed, and that I should receive a replacement can this week. Should that happen, I will retract my review. However, if there is no change, it will remain until the issue is resolved. Don't you just love when you google and company, and a intersection shows up as the address. Really professional.
