The Belleville UPS crew might be one of the worst ones in the nation. Yesterday, they lied and said that they tried to deliver to my package but nobody ever knocked or rang the doorbell. Didn't find out that they had been there until I went back to do an update on my tracking number and it was updated with new info. Called Customer Service line and was told that they would hold it at the Belleville location. Was assured that the local office would call me to tell me when it was back there and off the truck. They literally lied in the notes and said they tried calling me twice when they didn't. Phone was next to me the entire time because my wife and I were going to go out and pick up the package. I literally dread every time that a company says that they are using UPS to send me anything because of this location. Update for 2022: Still one of the worst locations in the nation. I swear their drivers must be "special" because they consistently go to the wrong addresses with packages.

I never get packages on time either have to cancel reorder or pick them up if I had a choice I'd never pick UPS

Do you have the site where you ordered from if so check there and your email from the site. Ups always email me also so check your email

Yes you can drop off, but they close for 3 hours midday There's a UPS store in the shopping center by the drive in.....
UPS will attempt to deliver again or you can tell UPS that you'd like to pick up your package at their facility.
