I had a suit jacket cleaned, and I was treated horribly. The counter lady was rude and then the jacket was not only NOT cleaned but they steamed OUT the collar fold!!! Terrible terrible experience, I will never go back and I will not recommend them.

Need to update hours through Google and even though hours are changed on the window, they’re still never there when I stop by and they are supposed to be.

Do they do basic laundry? As in drop off soap and clothes, and pick up once washed and folded?

When I lived in Oroville (through Nov '17)I got same day fluff and fold and was very satisfied with the service.
