From their website...St. Clair County Animal Services oversees Animal Control and Dr. Tom Amlung Pet Adoption Center. Animal Control is responsible for enforcing Illinois State Statutes and St. Clair County Ordinances pertaining to dogs and cats; impounding animals found to be in violation of those laws; investigating Bite incidents; investigating complaints of inhumane treatment of companion pets. You would be better served contacting a pest control (exterminator) company.
I'm not sure, I've only ever gone there to pay fees. I'm sure you could call and ask. I don't think it's something they would help with. They have all the stray dogs & cats.
