Purchased a sofa here and the salesperson suggested we open a credit card to take advantage of double rewards promotion. The discount from the points was the only reason we bought it. I clarified at least 3 times with the salesperson that the rewards points could be used as a statement credit toward the purchase we were making and he said said "Yes." This is not the case, and the rewards can only be used toward future purchases and they expire in 90 days. I called Synchrony credit card services and CB customer service and the only response I received was "sorry the employee was misinformed". Personally, I believe we were purposely mislead to make a sale. Will never shop here again. If you do, read the fine print and don't trust the staff. Apparently they're either incompetent or willing to lie to get you to make a purchase. All sales are final, otherwise I'd return it.

Jody A. was so helpful beyond measure! I had my eye on a sofa with an attached table. As I was eyeing it, Jody A . walked up to to ask me if I had any questions, so I inquired on the price of the sofa since it wasn't tagged yet. She said she will check on it for me so I continued to walk around. A few minutes later, She found me in the store and told me the price. Later, I saw a cute leather basketball hoop, but someone put it on hold in the store. She suggested I wait around bc they may not get it! And sure enough, they didn't want. If it wasn't for Jody, I would have left the store sad & empty handed. I'm glad she was there to help me! I hope to see her the next time I visit which is every week☺️

I bought a rug here today at the outlet price + 30% off. The employees were so nice. I recognized the rug immediately (CB2 from last season) and started pulling rugs back to get to it. There were a lot of people in the store, but an employee still came over to help me pull rugs back. She was very nice and knowledgeable. A second employee carried the rug out to my car. I was impressed with the customer service. I love Crate & Barrel and I will be back.
