I have had a great experience with Brownstone Apartments. The managers are always quick to reply, moving in was easy, rent is fair, and the place is really cute. My roommate won a gift card, and it’s in a great location.

So far so good it’s been a good experience I don’t have any complaints at this time so far it’s been a month IAN was the main man to help me from start to finish very nice guy and others in the office they seem to have my questions answered and if I had anything that needed to be done and I definitely would be on it vice versa ,

The staff was very nice when I went to go tour the apartments. Ian was very helpful with giving me the layouts and prices and availabilities of the apartments. He took the time to find a room to show me and was a very honest with questions I asked. Seemed like a very trust worthy staff and attentive.
