They called to cancel less than 24 hours before my scheduled surgery. They said their medical director had reviewed my chart “when he had a minute” and determined procedure should be done in hospital. I have no problem with the decision. I have a big problem with waiting till afternoon before surgery to contact me after time had been taken off work and schedules were adjusted. They had my chart for nearly 3 weeks. No way to treat people.

Wow, what a great place to have your surgery! The entire staff was very professional while remaining super friendly. Really made me feel at ease while they took great care of me.
