Thank you for the opportunity to work here going for 6 years but when are we going to really get a competitive pay? When is the CEO really going to thank the workers with real raise? Every other freight company are topping all their new drivers at $36/hr yes in California. When will we hear from corporate really hearing out the employees who put in all the labor? You want real candidates to make this company better? How about give a good raise and start writing up everyone and firing all those lazy/thieves and workers that like to damage freight or dock freight because they think it’s job security? I like this company and I try my best but it can o my last so long before another great driver leaves this company.

Terrible service. My shipment has been sitting at the destination terminal for two weeks because of a $75 additional charge and no one contacted me about it. I had to call custom service to sort this out. A lot of time wasted because they didn't make any effort to contact me.
