I really wish I had read the reviews before attempting this company. I do not have a credit card and have never had issues renting a car before. The guy helping me could've been a little less condescending "I'm trying to get you out"🙄. And now I'm stuck with a $60 fee?

I'm not sure of that. I got to pick my car out, but they do have a customer service number you can call if you want to change cars.
