Worst stay ever! There was a shooting right across from us and lots of sketchy activity the whole time. It was an air bnb here and there were roaches. It is not quiet and doesn't feel safe at all.

They don't do any rental assistance and place is LITERALLY a death trap PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE PLEASE. Especially if your a single woman or a woman with kid's. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Good luck with that lol 6 plus people put in lawsuits against them for NO A.C. and nothing was still done. We had NO A.C. for almost 3 month's and it was 120 outside middle of summer. They don't care. That place is a DEATH TRAP LITERALLY. If you still live there PLEASE MOVE ASAP and tell everyone else to MOVE OUT AND DON'T RENT THERE. It SERIOUSLY NEEDS to be torn down it's THAT BAD.

NO they are NOT DO NOT RENT HERE.... Harmon Crossings on Harmon Ave are second chance apts. They might be a little ran down but they are A LOT NICER AND SAFER THAN THESE....The new owner paid 30 million to put a luxury apartment complex in the middle of the ghetto and now trying to raise the rent to refill his pockets for the money he lost.... This place is SUCH A DUMP OMG

It all depends because the base rent is 650 but then they put all these other charges on top of it to make it go higher. The utilities are included but they charge everyone different. I pay 800 my neighbor pays 895 my last neighbor they got for 1100 for a STUDIO but she was black so I think they did that on purpose she moved out like a month later.... One bedroom is 895 but now trying to charge people 945 and over 1000. They will tell you your getting a upgraded unit and then put you in a krappy unit like they did me and my friend. Some units here are even 3,000 dollars and it's NOT WORTH IT.... There is mold and mildew in the walls, mold in the kitchen and the bathroom, Raw sewage comes through your shower and kitchen drains. ALL the neighbors smoke weed, cigarettes and some smoke crack and meth, bunch of drug houses that sell to druggies, crackheads passed out on the stairs shaking because they need a fix, vicious dog's running loose attacking other dog's and humans, it's BAD HERE

I don't know they lie about EVERYTHING. I had to pay 1500 to move in and I'm on disability but yet 2 casino workers only had to pay 750 which is BS.... They charge people whatever they want for rent. Some people are paying more for a studio then a 1 bedroom. RUN THIS PLACE IS CROOKED.... TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN
