My wife and I met with the business in March of 2022 because our roof had storm damage. They made the initial insurance claim on our behalf and placed the phone call. However, when the appraisal came back, we heard nothing from them. We called in June of 2022, to which they told us they did not receive the appraisal. We re-sent it to them (they then admitted that they actually had received the appraisal) and were told that they would get back to us. We never heard from them again. A large rainstorm hit after the fact and the tarp they installed came loose, leading to more water damage. Do not use this business- the communication between the company and the customers (my wife and I) was remarkably poor. We felt out of the loop the entire time. In March, we were explicitly told that they would handle all the issues with the insurance company after we placed the claim. When I called the business to complain about the lack of communication, I was told that the company now only does full roof replacement. At no point was the fact that this company only does full roof replacements mentioned to my wife or I prior to me calling after hearing nothing from them in months. In fact, the website literally advertises that "can help us with all of your roofing and gutter needs"- except apparently replacing broken shingles on the roof. The company blamed it on us in part not following up with the insurance company- which they told us in March they would completely handle. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Dealing with this company felt like a complete scam.

Kurt was contact in the Spring of 2020 for a quote for replacement roof for my home that was built in 1997. He inspected the roof and we discussed options. We met a few days later in his office. His quote was the only quote out of three that included everything on wanted in materials and warrantee. Within a week all the materials arrive. That crew understood my concerns with my driveway and the weight of the delivery truck because Kurt made sure they knew. The next day the crew showed up and were very knowledgeable and work hard all day. They removed the old roof, installed the new roof system, and cleaned everything up all in one long 12 hour-day. I could not have been happier about my decision to go with Kurt an iRestore Stl. It is now 1 and a half years since the system was installed and my roof is beautiful. RB Columbia, IL
