Don’t rent off of these people. We had a leak from the tenants above us since the end of December and hasn’t been fixed until 2 weeks after. We had left voicemails and phone calls, and no one ever got back to us. The final repairs were finished at the end of last month. Ever since the very first day we have noticed the leak, we have been trying to get ahold of the property manager (Joe) and we never got a phone call back. We wrote emails to him and the only person that responded was the lady in charge of maintenance (Ana). Our apartment was not in a living condition since the leak was happening in our bathroom. When they started repairs, they left the vanity in the tub, and we had no way of showering. The toilet was removed for 1 whole week. This just shows how poor the management is and how horrible they treated us. Don’t ever live in these apartments.

After staying here for 7 years, this property has gone way downhill. Valleywide property have taken over, but they are not doing a great job, or even good. Complaints or questions never get answered on time, emails about any payments either due to them or owed to me are always forwarded to "accounting". I've never received an answer for any issue same day. Also watch out for Dane, I guess he is the property manager, but you never see him, and he likes to sneak up and place 5 day notices on your porch, even though rent was paid on time. I stayed at Village a Karen which went downhill. They have a security gate, does not work, never have since it was built. And they barely take care of the landscape. The most they hire people to do is blow dirt around in the street. I would NEVER rent from or have this company manage any of my property. And apparently they have a HOA there, which is a joke.
