Has really went down hill since the takeover from our local bank. We are pulling all our accounts out of here and going to another. The business banking on here has become ridiculous with having to enter your EIN everytime you want into the account along with a user name AND a password, too many attempts you are locked out.

Someone is using my name pretending to be a real estate agent in NYC (which I am) and scamming/attempting to scam people out of $. Because my name is unique, people are finding my real contact info and asking me if they are being scammed. One person went as far as getting the “landlords” bank info to send the deposit. It is THIS BANK. The fraud department has done nothing and given me no further info even though I have the account number and name. It could even be that someone stole the person’s soc sec and opened an account without their knowledge and funneling the money elsewhere. Regardless, I’ve filed w/ the FTC. However, this bank’s security team could care less about being communicative.

This bank should be ashamed by how terrible the new online banking platform is. Limiting business customers to 50 transactions, no balance tied to transactions, dates not in order in your account, no debit/credit column (because who needs to use those in a banking world --- let just use (-) and (+) signs), clunky, unprofessional appearance, and very much so below par for the industry standard. Whoever was in charge of making this new platform go live .... 1. Has never ran a business 2. Has never reconciled a checkbook before 3. Did not do some due diligence and research the industry standard 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY! Should be demoted from whatever position they are in.
