Trash everywhere. For some reason they pay the landscapers to make this place look worse by over trimming and just blowing more garbage and leaves around. It’s not the crime I’m worried about all though there’s a plethora of it. Property management treats their tenets like they’re Lepers. Also refuses to speak to anyone with a question. Unless it’s over the phone. You kind of wonder where the money you give them goes until you see their handbags and pizza parties. This place could be pretty decent if it was ran better. I suggest finding anywhere but here unless you don’t have a choice. All the tenets ask is that they’re taken seriously and also that the apartments are kept decent. It could be a nice place.

I moved here 1 year ago and might I say this is not the best place to raise your children nor to put your well-being at stake. 2 months of living here my downstairs neighbor got shot, 4 months after that a woman got shot. There’s roaches they barely want to fix our necessities, our security guards continuously quit so now random people come in the apartment and drag race or drive through the apartment like it’s a race track, about a few days ago a child was ran over due to negligent drivers. We have major dumpster divers not just that but I can’t even wash my clothes in the laundromat because there are homeless people sleeping/having s*x in there. Please choose better

Just barely moved in and already dissapointed, first day and AC dont work, called the" Emergency" hotline, didn't seem like they had any sense of urgency at all.

They do NOT call people. I live here and have multiple phone calls in my log leaving them messages. You literally have to catch someone in the office in the week. And I wish you luck on not getting someone rude and who will give you good info
Thank you so much for saying what these wicked are, I do not think I forget not to go through that Office of those Apart Solaire ever to rent there and I will run the thousand thanks again and blessings for running the voice
They will rent you a apartment with loads of roaches.to many the roaches come out when yoi cook they crawl in bed have to check toilet before sitting..but i think they are easy to move in.. very noisey in the back..kids arr blowing trumpets slamming baskets..
hmm.. depends if you internally feel its right to give the apartments a 2nd chance (if thats what your referring to)
