They do NOT call people. I live here and have multiple phone calls in my log leaving them messages. You literally have to catch someone in the office in the week. And I wish you luck on not getting someone rude and who will give you good info
What number are you calling?
They answer you just have to call number press 2 and the automated guy comes on and you say AGENT it will put you thru. I have been talking to people the last few days no problem
They don't call you back. You might get a response through email. Unfortunately the only way to get them to respond through email is to keep hounding them.
