Such a great guy! Fastest internet in my life. Gigabit speed for the same price as 600 Mbps with AT&T or Xfinity. 1000 Mbps is plenty to handle smart devices connected to the Wifi. With TVs, sound bars, tablets, cellphones, watches, etc. it starts to add up. Even if you do not care so much for the speed, the price comparison is hard to beat after you add Wifi extenders or rent equipment with AT&T or Xfinity. Straight facts. I had service for one year, paid yearly. I got a message to renew, which I did on the website. I paid in full for another year. Then I kept getting renewal messages. Then a message that I owed $67, even though I paid through their own site with my account details. I tried contacting customer service, but only got replies from Jose Lopez, who doesn't have any interest in keeping customers. very rude responses. The phone system does not work, kept me on hold with messages of "you are next in the cue, approximate time 6 minutes" for an hour. I left my number on the automated system to be called back, no answer. Ask yourself if you want to deal with this despite being a normal customer who tried to pay well before the deadline.

I renewed my account on Aug 20, 2020. This year, I received an email from Webpass the price is increasing from $600 to 700, 15% increases is not acceptable. On top of that they are indicating that the service will be discontinued on August 8 not August 20 and finally today August 3, they disconnected the Internet what kind of business are they running??? Here is the calling time for the technical service: 102 people front of me, billing department: 49 people front of me. Really? What type of business is this??

Very unreliable. Every time I report an outage, they say they are up and close the ticket. Speeds are sometimes good but usually a bizarre 10mb down and/200mb up. It was fantastic at my last apartment, at this apartment it is utterly useless. Keeping at one star because their support when you say there is an outage or speeds are no where near what is advertised is to just say, "Sorry, looks like our service is running just fine!" when it is very much not.
