I never really had Shute. I saw his associate who actually did my surgery. He showed concern. Took pride in his work. If you call like you are making an appointment express your problems someone will call you within 24 hours.
you may request a copy of the operative report. An operative report is a document created by every surgeon that details the procedure performed, dates / times and medical devices use. An operative report should definitively tell you what type of hip implant device was used in your procedure.
