I had called needing an IID installed on my car within 3 weeks, asking if they had any openings. They said sure no problem just call lifesafer. Lifesafer is a terribly overpriced company who are nearly impossible to get on the phone so I decided to go with Alcolock. Alcolock has a "no shop fee" policy, so they said "our next opening wont be for atleast 3 weeks" using the information they had garnered from me in a despicable manner. When I called to ask him to clear it up he said "go with lifesafer and ill get you in" Completely motivated by greed. Making the mistake of deciding, against my better judgement, to go with The drivers seat has cost me hundreds of dollars. When I see review ratings for such terrible companies having such a high score it really makes me question how many friends, family, and discounted customers have been coerced into giving 5 star ratings which is definitely undeserved.
