Terrible customer service! I had a scheduled appointment to go into the bank to open a business bank account and received a call regarding my info, which I provided already. The lady proceeded to tell me that she doesn't want me to waste my time driving there for my in person appointment and then completely mistook what I said and stated that I could not open a business bank account... here is the plot twist I ALREADY HAVE ONE WITH CHASE LOL! I was referred to speak with a lady named Christina who wasn't very helpful whatso ever when i explained the miss communication she stated i could go online and canceled my in person appointment. Looks like i should close my current business account with Chase and bring it over to Wells Fargo where I have a few accounts already. Good luck treating people this way.

Not always but most of the time,the team takes customer service very seriously 😑
No minimum. What I love about Chase is you have until 11 pm to cover an overdraft from earlier that day and get no NSF charge. Plus you can get a text warning for that or any other occurrence you want to monitor (like when you get a deposit over $X or when a debit to the account exceeds $X.
Deb, yes they have one but it's only at the E. Ocean Blvd. Branch (in Stuart).
