We choose this hotel because of its proximity to friends. Our check-in was delayed an hour and a half. We had picked a room with an ocean view, but reality was our view was a hedge. When asked if we could up grade, they said they’d get back to us, but never did. When our room wasn’t cleaned the next day, they told us it will only be cleaned every three days. Third day came and went. When I inquired again, I was told that I had to REQUEST to have it cleaned every third day. It is dirty, run down, the air con is very loud in the night. After being shut down with COVID for a year, we were looking forward to a relaxing, carefree week, unfortunately it was far from that at this hotel!
