The professional service received at this location is the reason we will stay Verizon customers. Today I went in after having no luck with customer service and on line chat agents in fixing my phone and completing the set up of another phone on our account. In less than 20 minutes Cristian had it all fixed, messaged with my daughter to assist her and was polite, patient and professional. All future purchases will be made through this location with Cristian. He's earned our loyalty for sure. Verizon is very lucky to have him!

Had to go through a lot of BS with poor resolution to my situation.

Questions & Answers

I got service in the JensenBeach Store last week, which is $40.00 pre paid service with 5 G . I cannot use my phone while I’m driving. Did the representative not hook my phone up right?

It's probably a device setting like focus or do not disturb

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Beware they say one thing and charge you twice. I was going to order online. They said come in to the store and they would order for me. It would be faster. The $5/month discontinued phone on- line ended being $10/ month in the store even though they ordered it and said yes, I would get the same price. Instead of $60 I now am paying $120. I would have found a phone I really wanted if I knew I had to pay a lot more. I just wanted a cheap phone. I broke the case 3 weeks later. That was why I wanted the cheapest one. They used to be better at the Verizon store at the foot of the Roosevelt bridge. Now they lie. The other Verizon up the street a mile, quotes wrong prices on phones and does not find out the correct answer. So they have given me incorrect information. So watch for lying anymore. The Verizon company sees to encourage it and perpetuate it to begin with.

Plug the charger to the phone so that you can have the phone available in case of emergency, and call your phone provider tomorrow regarding the service in your area.
