So I liked this business when I used it. I'm currently looking into switching. Using private trash pick up services heres is the industry standard and what you need to accept: -They never answer the phone. Period. -They change trash pick up dates without informing you. -They will miss trash pick ups at least once a month. If you let them know via email they missed your can more often than not the next day it's been picked up. So I never really minded. If you can handle that then you're fine, if you can't too bad because that's how they all operate. I didn't mind this one but now it's more like they pick up my trash once a month. Which is .. Bad. But I like the customer service people I talk to. Must be hard to run a trash service.

I have been using RGS for approximately 5 years. Several times they’ve had truck issues and have been a day or 2 late. Just recently they were waiting on a new truck and it took weeks before trash was picked up. They say they will issue a credit but they never answer the phone and they do not return messages. The automated fee just came out of my account today, that they had no problem doing on time. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Wow!!! Such INCREDIBLE service from the guys who take care of our neighborhood and keeping it clean!!! In difficult times, we all need to have a bit of patience; stick together; look at the whole picture. We’re not “NC Natives”, and do a fair amount of traveling. RGS has always been there for us! The guys even go so far as to put our carts in a safe place when we let them know we’ll be away. They have credited our bills until we call them to let them know we’ve returned. We know that there are several customers who are not willing to accept the struggles of this company, but we are not one of you. We are not at liberty to address the exceptions these Amazing Guys did for us this evening, but they went MORE than Above and Beyond- just like they have done for the (now) 3 years we’ve been with them. Don’t give up on them! Don’t change your service! They’ll get through this. (On a side note- we walk our dogs every day and have noticed that other companies have not picked up their “carts” on time, either. Trust us- Our dogs pee on the WastePro and Alexander carts!) Our neighborhood is a mess, but we have faith that RGS is here for us as they have always been in the past. PLEASE give them the benefit of the doubt! Consider past service, and the quality they have provided! Times are trying these days. Have a little patience and compassion for those who are trying to do the right thing. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

They wont answer any of my calls either so I sent them a cancelation letter
Mine is 21.00 charged 3 months at a time. They never answer phone calls.
