There is some b/s with the aldi selectors and the loaders being under trained or not giving a F, but this is a good company to work for. You have to work like everywhere else and some people have a problem with that but they have been fair to me since I’ve been here. I guess my point is that you can’t listen to every disgruntled employee that leave with there feelings hurt. Smh

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! From transportation Management, to Human resources the company is completely unprofessional, absolutely no accountability, and it really makes you wonder who at the top is allowing this clown show to operate like this! If being illegally/Overworked(being told not to log in until dispatched, as well as after you've loaded your own truck), extremely underpaid, or not at all, this might be the job for you! They didn't honor their "30 Day New Hire $1000 weekly minimum" either(even in writing), not to mention compensation for work done on a weekly basis! Complete dumpster 🔥 of a company!

From an employee perspective, they're unorganized and inconsistent. Made some good money and the work was easy which made it easier to overlook those issues. But now that I'm no longer there and still dealing with issues they've made... 2 stars.
