Beware they say one thing and charge you twice. I was going to order online. They said come in to the store and they would order for me. It would be faster. The $5/month discontinued phone on- line ended being $10/ month in the store even though they ordered it and said yes, I would get the same price. Instead of $60 I now am paying $120. I would have found a phone I really wanted if I knew I had to pay a lot more. I just wanted a cheap phone. I broke the case 3 weeks later. That was why I wanted the cheapest one. They used to be better at the Verizon store at the foot of the Roosevelt bridge. Now they lie. The other Verizon up the street a mile, quotes wrong prices on phones and does not find out the correct answer. So they have given me incorrect information. So watch for lying anymore. The Verizon company sees to encourage it and perpetuate it to begin with.
I wouldn't recommend calling the store but generally you don't need an appointment that usually have enough sales associates so there is not a long wait time. I have known the manager of that store for quite some time and I have always had excellent service there.
