I’m surprised the review average is so bad here, but I guess most of the bad reviews are old. I’ve been here several times over the past year to pick up & send packages, and I find it reasonably efficient and friendly. There is sometimes a line but usually an extremely small one (1-2 people max). I always leave feeling like I accomplished what I needed to. There are other fed ex locations within walking distance of me, but I have no reason to ever consider visiting a different location since this one does a good job.

Best Fedex in town! Customer service is above and beyond!! And parking is everywhere, no homeless, cleaning street and piece of mind to print. And all next to the freeway, print and go for real.
