I have been waiting over a week now. They wont call you back. They wont respond to emails. You pay $140 for the app fees then you are just left hanging but they are quick to steal your money then say its non refundable when they do nothing with your application. And if by chance they do respond the girl is rude they are very unfriendly people.

I've been here a year and no issues so far but I don't stay in the back by the field they lit back there.

Yes definitely way better than shamrock. It's getting better as time passes along. You have to remember they took over a extremely shady and scam property so it's still in the process because they are fixing allot. It's so much better now though.

Its kids but a little after i moved a little boy was ran over and killed within the last 2 months... speeding through the apartments and shoot outs...not safe..thats why i moved

I saw an upgraded unit recently from a friend and they are nice but been nervous with all bad reviews saying depends which part they move you in

Yes it has. I have been here going on six years. This is the best management company we've had so far.

They have gotten a bit better compared to like 7 months ago. They are working hard on flipping the units and upgrading them.

Yes there is a credit check. But run the other way. That place has drugs and gangs. And when I was there only a couple of months ago. Security was broken into people's houses. Don't trust it

Not a nice place to live always police there and not kept up with do not move there very ghetto

If you’re looking for a quiet place to live this isnt it. Apartments arent too bad but the people are just not the greatest, fights every day, not to mention the jets that fly over the place . If you have kids i suggest not moving here, otherwise good luck. If you do move in here invest in a good vaccum that cleans the carpet as well. The floors were disgusting even after the 7 hours i had to wait for them to finish cleaning??

I think that the application fee is non refundable but call and double check. I hope they give you your money. These apartment complexes play so many games

The office is horrible. I enjoyed my apartment. If you're thinking of moving there just PLEASE document everything. If you don't pay your rent on line keep your money order receipt and send then an email letting them know you paid and the price. If they tell you you owe a certain amount verbally send them an email so you have documentation of it. Anything that has to do with the office document with an email; work orders, payment, agreements, anything. also make sure you document who you spoke to because they will lie to your face
